Hey there! It's an absolute pleasure to meet you. I'm an HCPC registered occupational therapist and coaching psychologist who's genuinely passionate about supporting individuals like yourself as they navigate through life's twists and turns. I possess a unique blend of skills and expertise that make me the perfect partner for anyone seeking a qualified professional to guide them through life's challenges


I have been working as an occupational therapist for over 10 years, with experience in fields such as primary mental health, substance misuse services, perinatal mental health, post assessment support for neurodivergent individuals and right now as Clinical Practice Lead for a self-injury service. I'm also on an exciting journey towards becoming a chartered coaching psychologist. What does that mean for you? Well, it means that I'm not just trained to help you manage physical and mental health challenges but also equipped to assist you in personal and professional growth.


My speciality lies in working with individuals who are experiencing significant life changes.   • HCPC registered

  • 2010-2017 -  various clinical roles in substance misuse services

  • 2015-2021 - trainer for the Personality Disorder Knowledge & Understanding Framework Training

  • 2017-2020 - Perinatal Mental Health Practitioner

  • 2020-present - Overdose & Self Injury service; currently role as Clinical Practice Lead

  • 2021-present - Associate Practitioner with Thriving Autistic


In addition to the above roles, I currently co-run a holiday letting business. I have also been co-director of a successful non-profit, starting it with a friend, which was successful in obtaining long term lottery funding. So I have a wide range of experience in business outside of my clinical roles.
