When and where will sessions take place?

All sessions take place online.

At present availability is only on Mondays & Saturday afternoons

How many session will I need?

I often get asked about how many sessions someone should book – this is very individual & we can discuss it during a consult. However, I tend to work in a highly structured, solution-focused way; this seems to work well for the majority of clients I have seen & means that you don’t have to commit to booking for lots of sessions.

Can I meet you first?

I offer a free 15 minute consult prior to booking in for sessions. This is to make sure that you are happy I am what you are looking for, and that I am sure I can offer what you need. Sometimes it may be that I signpost you to other professionals if I feel that your needs would be best met by them.
